If your order or review copies have not arrived within 21 business days of your order/request, please let us know using the contact form on the Contact Us page. You can also call Customer Service (800-782-7300 Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm eastern). If you have it, please include your order number or confirmation number.

Can I pay for an order now, before I lose funding, even though I won't receive them until more stock is available?

Yes. We can arrange proforma billing to accommodate your funding cutoff date. Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 800-782-7300 (8am to 6pm eastern, Monday through Friday) to set up proforma billing.


Can I order Buckle Down books from another state, or if my state doesn’t have state-specific Buckle Down?

Yes. There is no restriction on which Buckle Down editions you may order. If you order or request review copies of another state’s materials, please include a note in the comments to the effect of “I am intentionally requesting a state other than the one I reside in,” so that our warehouse staff knows it’s not an error.


An Options product I want to order is no longer on the website or in the catalog. Can I still order it?

As teaching methods evolve and new research in instruction is released, some of our “classic” products may be retired as newer materials are published. To find out if your product has been retired, you can contact Customer Service at 800-782-7300 (Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday-Friday eastern) or contact the Educational Consultant for your region.


Can I mix and match books in a series to reach the discount price quantity (11 or more)?

Yes. Our core purpose is to provide industry-leading intervention and remediation materials, and we understand that your average classroom encompasses students working at many grade levels. You can mix grade levels within a single product line to reach the discount price quantity of 11.

However, our website does not support mix-and-match, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate this for online orders.

Example 1: You can get four copies of Breakaway Math for Level C, four copies at Level D, and three at Level E and receive the “11 and over” price for all of them.

Example 2: If you purchased four copies of Breakaway Math Level C, four at Level D, and four Foundations in Math, Level C would NOT be eligible for the “11 and over” pricing.

How much is shipping?

All materials are shipped UPS Ground, which is approximately 10-15 business days. U.S. Priority Mail is available; however, this will increase delivery time to 15-30 business days (contact Customer Service at 800-782-7300 Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm eastern to set up alternative shipping). When will I receive my order?

Regular shipments are sent UPS Ground. You can expect delivery in 10-15 business days. To track your order, please call our Customer Service team (800-782-7300 Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm eastern). 


Can I get overnight shipping?

I can't find my Teacher Guide, where can I get one?

To purchase a Teacher Guide, contact Customer Service at 800-782-7300 (Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday-Friday eastern).

To prevent abuse of our generous free review copy program, we reserve the right to decline orders consisting solely of Teacher Guides unless a purchase of accompanying product can be verified. 


Can I get Teacher Guides and/or Answer Keys with my free review copy?

No. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our generous review copy program. Some of our product pages contain links to a downloadable “Teacher Guide Sampler,” which will give you a clear picture of the content of the Teacher Guide. If you need more information, contact our Educational Consultant Team at 888-457-3454 (Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm eastern).

How can I get a free review copy/sample of an Options Publishing product to examine?

We understand that your buying decision is an important one, and seeing our products first-hand is a vital step in the decision-making process. Each product page has a link at the top where you can Request a Sample. We will gladly send you up to three free review copies to assist in your buying decision.

Some Options’ products do not lend easily to a free sample (for example, classroom libraries and intervention kits for 20 students). In these cases, you will receive a sampling of components and supporting literature that give you a clear picture of the program.

Shipping is free, you are not obligated to purchase them, and do not need to return the materials. Please remember that Options Publishing materials are protected by International Copyright Law, and photocopying or reproducing the materials in any way is unlawful. Sorry, Teacher Guides are not available for review.


Can I copy these materials?

No. It is illegal to photocopy any of the pages from our materials for a variety of reasons, including our royalty and permission agreements with authors and international copyright law. We are mindful of tight budgets in school districts across the country. Purchasing our materials, with their low per-student costs, is less costly than copying.


Can I convert Options’ materials into Braille?

Any duplication of our material, including conversion to Braille, needs to be approved by our editorial management team. It's easy to do. To get started, send us a message via the Contact Form. We will respond with instructions to get approval.

If you need copies of our materials in order to convert them, please contact Customer Service to order. Sorry, we cannot provide free copies to be used in the Braille translation process.
