Purchase Orders

Options Publishing will accept purchase orders from recognized schools and districts via Customer Service and through our website shopping cart. Please note that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires a contact name for all Purchase Orders over $3,500. Please provide the name and phone number of the person with purchasing authority when you check out, or be sure it is included on your purchase order/order form when mailing/faxing Customer Service.

Sales Tax

If your organization is exempt from sales tax, please be sure to include a copy of the sales tax exemption form with your order. Otherwise, sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Federal ID Number 

As of January 1, 2008, Options Publishing’s Federal Tax ID Number is 13-4087400.  Options Publishing’s legal entity is Triumph Learning, LLC. 

Triumph Learning, LLC is also the legal entity for Buckle Down Publishing, which operates under the same Federal Tax ID.  Buckle Down Publishing should retain a separate vendor number in your system.
